"We’ve been with this State Farm office for many years. We’ve had a few accidents over the years and they have always helped us to easily navigate them, while not price gouging our rates. When my son started driving, his dad called many places for quotes that were astronomical. I called Becki Taylor’s office and got a very reasonable rate. They also helped us set him up with a safe driving device that has allowed us to decrease his rate over time. We are very happy with the service they provide and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a long term relationship with an insurance agent."

"If you're looking for an insurance agent/agency, this is the place. After calling SIX different State Farm offices, this is the only State Farm agency that actually answered the phone (and continues to answer when I call). I have insured numerous assets with this particular agency, made countless visits to their office and always been made to feel like a friend, treated professionally and had my needs handled in an expedient fashion. "Hannah Bates has been a joy to work with. I have been having some financial difficulties and I shared a lot of frustration of being a State Farm customer for years and them (as a Corporation) has done zilch to offer relief. But Hannah did everything she could to help me catch up in the best way possible. She also offered me other options and she will help me explore those to give me the best pricing while still protecting my home and family. State Farm as a corporation, you should be ashamed of yourselves on how you treat your long term customers.
